If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your new Gluggle Jug, you are welcome to submit a return within 7-days after your purchase.
Pudo Locker Return
Email us with a return request. Upon response from us, you will be able to drop your item off at the nearest Pudo Locker for return. You will be liable for the return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your Gluggle Jug has arrived back at our warehouse in a saleable condition, we will issue you a full refund, minus the cost of your return shipping fee.
